Our Mission 4-H Camp Piedmont's mission is to be an outdoor education center for individual development in nature, life skills, team building and cultural understanding.   4-H Camp Piedmont is owned by the Eastern Ohio Extension Camps, Inc., which is a non-profit corporation directed by a board of directors composed of employees and volunteers of the Ohio State University Extension Services of Belmont, Carroll, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson, Monroe, Noble, and Tuscarawas Counties in Ohio.
